Delivery methods
UK Delivery
We offer a range of UK delivery services to suit your needs, whether you’re happy to wait a couple of days or you need your order as soon as possible. All services include full tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £150
We offer free Standard Delivery on all orders of £150 or more to addresses within the UK. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail on a 48-hour tracked delivery service.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £2.99
A reliable and affordable delivery option. Your order will arrive within 2 working days and you’ll receive full tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey. Perfect if you’re not in a hurry but still want peace of mind.
Royal Mail Special Delivery – £6.99
Need it quickly? This next working day service is fully tracked and insured, giving you extra confidence that your parcel will arrive on time and in perfect condition (subject to cut-off times and product availability).
Amazon Shipping Standard – £2.99
International delivery
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of £14.99 per order.
All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so you know exactly what you'll pay and there will be no additional fees on delivery.
Orders are fulfilled by DPD and shipped using the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, ensuring a smooth and fully inclusive international delivery experience.
International delivery times vary by destination, but orders will typically arrive within 14 working days.
Delivery Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Thursday (and where items are in stock) will usually be dispatched the same day.
Please note that during peak periods, dispatch may be delayed beyond our usual timeframes.
Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday, and during a Bank Holiday weekend, will typically be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivering your order
Amazon Shipping (Standard)
No signature is required. If you’ve provided a designated safe place, the driver can leave your parcel there. An image of the delivery location will be provided in your tracking (where available).
Royal Mail Special Delivery
A signature is required on delivery. If you’re not in, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays.
Packaging
We understand how important it is to make a lasting first impression.
Each piece is carefully hand-packed in our signature presentation box and delivered in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure complete discretion, perfect for surprise gifts or added privacy.
Delivery Services
We offer Standard delivery service for UK and International orders and Express Delivery options for UK orders only. Delivery charges and timeframes are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and service selection.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched the same working day if placed before the advertised cut-off time and stock is available. Orders placed after this time or during weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather.
Grouped Deliveries
Jewellery items purchased within the same order will be grouped and dispatched together. The full order will be posted once all items are available (in stock). If you require quicker delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items.
Made-to-Order Items
Some of our jewellery pieces are made to order. Please refer to the item description on our website or contact us directly for more information.
Tracking & Confirmation
All deliveries include a track-and-trace service provided by our delivery partners. A signature is normally required upon receipt. Depending on the size of the parcel, some deliveries may fit through a standard letterbox.
Insurance
All orders are fully insured while in transit until delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact the customer to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
International Deliveries
International orders are shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, where all duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination.
